We hate saying no, but sometimes we have to! A lot of effort goes into each session: top quality equipment, highly trained techs, support staff, and a comfortable environment. Our strict policies are the only way we can keep our pricing affordable.
Diagnostic/medical services
Physician Referral A referral from your doctor is required for all imaging exams in order to guarantee that Access Imaging, LLC performs the right exam to best suit your medical requirements. Furthermore, this referral ensures that your doctor is supplied a copy of the exam results and can coordinate any follow-up care as needed. It is essential that Access Imaging, LLC receives the referral 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to comply, reserves us the right to cancel your appointment.
Cell Phones/Cameras Cameras are not permitted during sessions and can interfere with our equipment. Please turn off or silence cell phones during sessions, failure to do so may result in an early conclusion of your scan.
Cancellations We require a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. If we receive less than a 48 hours notice we have a $25.00 cancellation fee, and future appointments will require an advance non-refundable payment. The $25.00 fee will be waived if you rebook and prepay at the time of cancellation.
Unaccompanied Minors It is required that all minors having an exam must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Failure to comply, will result in cancellation of services and you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Payments All service payments are to be collect at the time of service - NO exceptions. Failure to provide payment will result in cancellation of services and you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
EXCLUSIVE 4D maternity SERVICE POLICIES
No Lab Coats Here! We make sure that every scan is a relaxing and peaceful experience for families to bond with their unborn babies, but this is not a medical procedure! We want to make perfectly clear that an elective prenatal ultrasound provided by Access Imaging, LLC does not replace the ultrasounds you receive at your doctor’s office. You must be receiving treatment with a healthcare provider for prenatal care.
Refunds We do not give refunds or guarantees. We cannot guarantee results, but we can guarantee we will do our best in every situation. We will give you clear explanation as to what is going on with each session. If you are within the recommended stage of pregnancy, and the session is difficult, we may offer a return visit at no charge. If we feel that a return session may not improve the issue, we reserve the right to offer a discount on other services.
Packaged Sessions & Return Visits If you’re returning due to an uncooperative baby, or if you have a multi-scan package, the cancellation policy still applies. If you cancel without 48 hours notice, or no show, your session will not be repeated. You will be required to pay for additional appointments.
