Lindsay Payne, RT(R), RDMS Business Owner/Registered Ultrasound Technologist

A Registered Ultrasound Technologist and former Radiology Leader in the North Country.  I have been in the healthcare industry for over 18 years. 

With critical staffing and limited resources, I founded Access Imaging, in efforts to bring accessible and affordable ultrasound services to the North Country.  By partnering with physician practices, providers can deliver patient centered care directly in their offices where it’s more convenient and comfortable for the patient.

I went into healthcare 18 years ago because I loved patient care and the ability to make a notable impact on the patients I served.

I am an ARDMS Registered Ultrasound technologist with a passion and dedication to the patient experience.  During my time as a staff technologist (13 years)I loved interacting with patients.  When I went into Leadership, and as much as I loved the experience, I was no longer involved with direct patient care!  Although management was a great opportunity, my heart truly belongs at the center of the patient.

Having led multiple ultrasound and radiology departments in the North Country, I have a firm grasp on clinical competence and operational business.  In my time as a Radiology Leader, my role was to develop standard operating procedures, create operational budgets, efficiently manage staff, and ensure compliance standards were met with all regulatory agencies.
